Dr. Nguyen grew up in Seattle, WA and received her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital. She then finished a 3-year fellowship training in Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery at the University of North Carolina. This is a nationally recognized fellowship accredited by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) and the American Board of Urology (ABU).
Dr. Nguyen is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is also board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Nguyen provides progressive, high quality and comprehensive medical and surgical care for women with pelvic organ prolapse, urinary/fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, and vaginal fistula. She also specializes in complex surgery of the pelvic floor and reconstructive pelvic surgery for medical and aesthetic reasons. Her individualized surgical care includes all operative approaches such as abdominal, extensive vaginal, laproscopic, robotic, and other minimally invasive techniques.
